1. "How do I book an appointment?"

Contact us to arrange a free introductory showcasing of our services and we'll issue you a LOGIN on that day! You'll then be able to book an appointment at any time.

2. "How many photo's can I expect?"

There's no limit - we'll provide you with plenty of options internally and externally, all edited and sized for Rightmove etc. You'll be provided with enough imagery for rotations to keep your listing fresh!

3. "How long will the video be?"

There are two main options for video, a 'sneak preview' which will generally last less than 1 minute and 30 seconds (for sponsorship on social media limits) and a full house tour with video lasting up to 5/6 minutes for a sizeable home. Length of video is generally determined by size of property.

4. "Can I present the house tour?"

YES! We encourage this! Videography is the perfect way to showcase a home online as well as being a fantastic way to introduce yourself to those within your area and target market.

5. "When do I pay?"

Upon completion of the sale OR within six months of video approval date - whichever happens first.

6. "What are the turn-around times?"

Following an appointment, photographs will be edited and sent to you within 48 hours and videos within 72 hours.

7. "Will you use a drone?"

Providing the area allows (air restrictions to some areas near airports etc), YES! This is included on all appointments, if required, at NO EXTRA COST.

8. "What do I do if I need to cancel?"

Let us know either via telephone or email with as much notice as possible. Whilst we appreciate that at times, things change, should we receive too many cancellations from the same agent, we'll reserve the right for any future bookings to be made.

9. "How much experience have you had in the property market?"

10. "Can you assist with our social media uploads and Management?"

Yes, of course! Along with our partnering social media agency, Be Social Media!

For as little as £625 pcm (which includes £125 for promotion), we'll Manage all of your social media accounts, upload the media consistently and enhance your digital offering on a periodic monthly contract.
